About the Team:
At Foursquare, our Marketers team focuses on enabling Targeting and Measurement for the largest Global Brands and their digital ad agencies. We are currently looking for a tech-savvy Support and Data Operations Associate to proactively engage our ever-growing customer base.
About the Position:
As a Support and Data Operations Associate at Foursquare, you will provide first-class support for our customers and internal teams, troubleshooting product-related issues and ensuring high satisfaction across multiple products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to improving our service delivery.
In this role you’ll:
- Work with the Customer Success Management and Marketing teams to execute the campaign details of our buyer partners
- Be responsible for building data segments for optimization and full-budget delivery
- Work with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve integrations, improve productivity, and maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage internal workflow of campaign details and troubleshooting issues at the campaign level and partner level
What you’ll need:
- Proficient level of written and verbal English
- Understanding of Business Rules involving SLAs and prioritization of tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn fast and work independently
- Knowledge and experience in customer relationship management

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AdTech platform experience (DSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers)
- Campaign/ad operations experience
- Experience in digital advertising or tech/data environment
- SQL or basic querying knowledge
- Familiarity with targeting/measurement products
