Below, our US State Consumer Privacy Laws Data Collection, Disclosure & Sale/Sharing Chart details the data categories we collect (or have collected within the last 12 months), as well as the sources of the data, as specified under certain applicable US State Consumer Privacy Laws.

We provide information on how we use your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, (or have used your personal data within the last 12 months) in the How We Use Your Personal Data section of our Consumer Services Privacy Policy. In addition, we may use (or may have used during the last 12 months) your personal data for the following business purposes specified under the US State Consumer Privacy Laws:

1. auditing related to counting ad impressions to unique visitors, verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions, and auditing compliance;
2. helping to ensure security and integrity;
3. debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
4. short-term, transient use, including, but not limited to, non-personalized advertising shown as part of your same interaction with us;
5. performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing analytics services, providing storage, or providing similar services;
6. providing advertising or marketing services;
7. undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration; and
8. undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of a service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by us, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by us.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising the personal data of minors under 18 years of age.

Foursquare is a registered data broker in certain US states, including California, Vermont, Texas, and Oregon.
