We believe the future of location can’t be built without co-locating ourselves. Across our five offices (NYC, SF, Seattle, Chicago and Serbia), we spend 3 days a week in the office together (T, W, Th) to enable collaboration and community building.
Bias for shipping
We take a test-and-learn approach to both product development and our internal processes and systems. We develop compelling hypotheses, launch products and programs, capture data and iterate.
Team-based performance
We value, reward, and recognize team performance over individual heroics. We invest in team effectiveness, expect real-time peer-to-peer feedback / coaching, and measure impact over effort.
Flatter teams
We believe game changing ideas come from anywhere. We operate with a flatter structure, limited titling, and fewer classical managerial structures.
